Welcome
How reflexology works
The body's systems are mirrored in the feet. By working specific reflex points with different techniques and varying pressure, the whole body can be supported through the soles. The aim is balance — when the nervous system settles, sleep, digestion and energy often follow.
What a session is like
Reflexology focuses only on your feet, so you stay fully clothed apart from socks and shoes. You can recline on the couch, sit upright, or lie down — whatever feels comfortable. Low lights and soothing music create a calm, safe space for the treatment, and many people drift in and out of sleep.
Who reflexology suits
It's a particularly good option if a full-body massage feels like too much — perhaps you're tired, anxious about being touched, or have limited mobility. Reflexology also pairs really well with the deep tissue and Reiki treatments as part of a longer plan.
Benefits
Why reflexology may help
Reflexology is gentle, but its effect on the whole system can be surprisingly deep. Most clients feel calmer the moment the session ends.
Deep Relaxation
Steady, rhythmic pressure on the feet shifts the body into a calm, restorative state.
Eases Stress
A focused, hands-off-the-rest-of-you treatment that takes the noise of the day right down.
Supports Sleep
Many people sleep deeply the night of a treatment — and notice the benefit for several nights after.
Supports Digestion
When the nervous system settles, digestion often eases. Reflex points relate to the whole digestive system.
More Energy
Clients often describe feeling lighter and clearer, with a steadier energy through the rest of the week.
Calms the Mind
A predictable, contained treatment that lets a busy head quieten — without needing to 'try' to relax.
Adaptations
A treatment shaped around you
Reflexology is one of the easiest treatments to adapt. We can change almost any element so the session feels right for you.

- Gentle, medium or firmer pressure
- Quiet treatment or a soft chat — whatever helps
- Music, low lighting or near silence
- Shorter introductory sessions available
- Fully clothed apart from socks and shoes
- Easy access for limited mobility
- Hand or face reflexology if feet aren't comfortable
