About Me: Massage by Beth at Buxton

I am strongly connected to nature and the outdoors, spending my free time with my Labrador – Leela – exploring the beautiful Peak District, Buxton and the surrounding areas. I also enjoy outdoor swimming and have found many benefits from being in water. I am sensitive and caring and hopefully these qualities shine through in my Holistic Treatments.

My journey into healing therapies started in 2010 when I qualified in City & Guilds Level 3 in Complementary and Alternative Therapies. I could see the huge benefits that massage brought to people. Since then, and with Continued Professional Development, I am now qualified in Swedish, Aromatherapy and Indian Head massage; Deep Tissue techniques; and Reflexology. I also have qualifications in Hot Stone massage, Seated Chair massage, Thai Foot massage, Aromatherapy Pedicure and Reiki (Level 1 & 2).
